Once you place your order you have up to 1 hour to cancel your order and be refunded back your money which will take between 5 -7 working days depending on your bank (this doesn’t include our 24 hour express service) You can’t cancel your order after 1 hour of ordering a service at Hencha Beauty Skincare.
There will be no refunds after the 1 hour window to cancel your order. Your order will be processed and shipped to you.
